Who we are
This site is run by Uncle Toni. For anything about your data, write to maminebenahmed@gmail.com.
What we collect
Only what you send through the early-access form:
- your email address and whether you play or run a club;
- what you choose to add: your name, your club, the city, the number of courts, or where you play.
This site sets no cookies and loads nothing from other companies. It does not track you across sites.
Why
To tell you about early access and, if you run a club, to talk with you about equipping your courts. We do this because you agreed to it when you sent the form (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR). You can withdraw that agreement at any time, by replying to any of our emails or writing to the address above.
Where it is kept, and for how long
Your entry is stored with our hosting provider, Cloudflare, which processes it on our behalf. We keep it until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, and no longer than 24 months after our last contact with you. We never sell it or share it for advertising.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, to restrict or object to its use, or to receive a copy. Write to maminebenahmed@gmail.com. You can also complain to the data protection authority where you live or work; in France, that is the CNIL.
